An emblematic gathering place in the region since almost 60 years, the hotel - restaurant Les Gentianes welcomes you in Rochejean, near Métabief (25 Doubs, Franche-Comté).
This former farmhouse, transformed into a hotel by the parents of Isabelle, the current owner with her husband Martial, is a warm place where people like to meet. In charge since 2000, Isabelle (in the dining room) and Martial (in the kitchen) have been able to perpetuate the soul of this hotel - restaurant located at the foot of the Mont d'Or.
The hotel has comfortable rooms for overnight stays, short stays or holidays in the mountains. As for the restaurant, you can enjoy the daily menu and regional specialties such as the essential fondue. During school vacation periods, we add a small menu as well as 3 regional menus.
